Membership

1.Monthly subscription fee is based on your selected package.
2.Membership is active while monthly subscription is paid.
3.Overdue subscriptions (unpaid after 30 days) will result in suspension.
4.Terminated memberships forfeit any pending commissions.

Referral Commissions

1.Level 1 (direct referral): 30% of subscription collected.
2.Level 2: 10% of subscription collected.
3.Level 3: 5% of subscription collected.
4.Level 4: 5% of subscription collected.
5.Commissions are calculated on net subscription amounts received.
6.Commissions are only earned on paid subscriptions.

Payouts

1.Commissions are reviewed and approved by management monthly.
2.Approved commissions are paid to your registered bank account.
3.Wallet balances can be used to pay subscription fees.
4.Minimum payout threshold may apply.

Code of Conduct

1.Members must provide accurate personal information.
2.Misrepresentation or fraud will result in immediate termination.
3.Members may not impersonate other members or Ipasella Club management.
4.All disputes must be raised through official support channels.
